Personal, clean, fantastic service, excellent facilities. We particularly appreciated JIMMY on the shore. He was an excellent server and contained a massive sense of humor! He kept us grinning when a tropical storm came on our very last moment. Vielka Treviño, our holiday coordinator, was both useful and on top of matters. She met us on arrival and aided through the week out. We’ll leave looking forward to coming.
This place differs from where I generally remain. It’s smaller and a lot better than staying in a spot which has a whole lot of spring breakers. I really like the vibe! I wish there were Restaurant choices however I know they are going to have gorgeous fresh Japanese steak house within the upcoming few months. They’ve two pools and excellent staff… we would surely come back!
We had a master suite with a sea view for 3 nights, and it was a fantastic room. We also had room service a few times along with the food and prices were great. The resort is 10 minutes walk to La Isla Shopping Mall that’s well worth a trip for those restaurants. The beach is quiet, and as it’s a little resort, it does not feel overcrowded.
Some renovations were going on in the time of the stay, but it was not something that actually bothered us. There was music in the pool bar in the evenings, but it steadily ceased around 9 or 10pm, and we never had difficulty sleeping. We’d not remain here for a week, but for a few days, it was great. The staff talked us about cozumel snorkeling an island we must know on our next visit.
Our stay has been quite pleasant up to now. The food is magnificent. We’ve stayed at 3 other hotels here in Cancun, and the meals knock them out of this park. The hotel is absolutely amazing. The shore is well taken Caden of cabanas to put in the shade, hammocks, in addition to beds which you could rent on the beach.
The team takes care of us, and you’ll be able to get food delivered directly to your seat while enjoying the sea. The pub has excellent choices and can create anything you would like. Everybody is friendly and helpful. We’re delighted with our decision to keep here!
The Hotel NYX Cancun was Fantastic. Even though a smaller resort, it was fantastic to have more careful service and higher quality in the restaurants and bars. The beach and pool never felt crowded, and the experience was terrific complete. I would strongly suggest this resort to other people and see it again.
